Nokia Explains why its N series is freakishly slow

This is copy of the mail i received from Nokia, the plausible reasons why its new N series phones are slow. I dont know how many people out there are facing this issue, and Nokia seems very reluctant to take care. This in reference to Nokia N7* series that includes (N 70,71,72... etc). Anyways my phone is N72, two months old, and slower than a koala bear.

What do you say guys, do add in your comments and discussion about performance vs loads of features?
